  • 1/2 Pineapple
  • 3 Oranges
  • 1 Ruby Red Grapefruit
  • 1 Turmeric piece (fresh)

Benefits

Pineapples – aids digestion, blocks diarrhea, dissolves warts, relieves cold symptoms, strengthens bones
Oranges – combats cancer, protects your heart, strengthens respiratory system, supports immune system
Grapefruits – eases constipation, improves digestion, aid in weight loss
Turmeric – reduces inflammation and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis
