The environment around you, the space you create for yourself, what you smell, taste, touch, see and hear all have a major impact on your health and your ability to heal yourself.
So does your sense of freedom, peace and tranquility. Are you able to shut off your senses in order to relax and meditate?
Do you know that the air you breathe at night while you are laying horizontal to the earth, has tremendous effect on your ability to heal and repair.
Do you know that your thoughts, what you imagine out of thin air, can literally create illness or disease.
Whether you think you can or think you can’t either way you are correct.
This is what we call air medicine.
